Let me tell you a bit about myself. I live in a small village, Corby Glen, in S Lincs with my wife, Jillian, and her mother Mrs Parker. I am a member of the N Gauge Society and my membership number is 13358.

My main hobby is model railways with my interest mainly in the US but some UK stock the new BachFar offerings are very good. It is my intent to put a page on about the layout but since I've just suffered a major setback that will have to wait a bit. Some time ago I invented, out of frustration, a method for easily converting Farish steam loco's for DCC operation if this of interest please follow the link on the DCC page.

My other hobby is keeping Koi carp in a pond the family reckon should have been a swimming pool.
